From the airport, Bus 119 will take you to the A Line (green) metro station Veleslavín in about 15 minutes. From this metro station, you can use the same ticket you purchased at the airport to go another 10 minutes by metro into the Prague city center (MUZEUM station). Then you can continue by Metro C Line (red) if you want to go to the Main railway station (“Hlavní nádraží” station).
